JOE HONDA F1 Pilot Series by HIRO No. 01 - Ayrton Senna: The new series "F1 Pilot Series" by Photographer Joe Honda, published by Model Factory Hiro Japan, deals with the drivers of the Formula 1. Like the other two series by Hiro, the photos have been taken from the large archives of GP photographer Joe Honda. However, this series focuses primarily on the driver and less on the cars.
The first volume of this series is dedicated to Ayrton Senna, who was tragically killed 20 years ago at the San Marino Grand Prix in May 1994. From the debut race in rainy Monaco GP 1984 over his championships to his last races in the Williams Renault, hundreds of superb photos illustrate the development of this exceptional driver.
